1. Acceptance

By signing up, subscribing to a plan or using Telbot on behalf of a business, you declare that you are authorized to do so and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

Telbot is an artificial-intelligence agent that connects to your business's WhatsApp and to Google Calendar to answer questions, qualify customers and book appointments automatically.

The agent acts according to the configuration you define. You are responsible for the information, prices and availability you load for the agent to use.

3. Account and user responsibilities

You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and for having the permissions needed to connect your WhatsApp and your calendar.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Telbot to send spam, misleading messages, illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, nor for purposes that breach the WhatsApp and Meta policies. Non-compliance may lead to suspension of the service.

5. WhatsApp, Meta and third parties

The service depends on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, Meta, Google and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes or suspensions those third parties apply to your account or their services.

6. Plans, pricing and payments

Plans, prices and billing conditions are those published at the time of subscription. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice. Non-payment may suspend or terminate the service.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and improvements that temporarily affect the service.

8. Intellectual property

The software, the Telbot brand and the service content belong to us or our licensors. The information and data you load remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Telbot is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of customers, data or revenue arising from the use of the service. The agent assists your operation, but the final decision and the relationship with your customers are yours.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of breaches of these terms, non-payment or misuse, giving you notice where possible.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is published on this page; continued use implies acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Chile.
